We collect personal data only when you provide it (e.g., inquiry/booking/contact forms, newsletter signup). This may include:
Identification & contact: name, email, phone.
Booking details you share for trip coordination.
(Optional) information you choose to provide for safety (e.g., allergies/medication).
Technical data from your browser (IP, user-agent, cookies) as needed for site operation, security and analytics.
To respond to your inquiry / coordinate a trip (contract / legitimate interests).
To connect you with our independent supplier in Thailand who organises and delivers travel services (contract / legitimate interests).
Safety information you choose to provide is processed only with your explicit consent.
Marketing/newsletters only with your consent (you can opt out anytime).
Security, fraud and compliance (legitimate interests/legal obligation).
For trip coordination we share minimum necessary data with our Thai travel supplier (Organizer & Merchant of Record). Because Thailand is outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Typical data shared: name, contact, booking facts; passport/driver’s licence where needed to issue confirmations; optional safety info if you gave consent.
The supplier must keep data secure, restrict access, and delete it after the retention periods below.
Booking/contact data: up to 3 years after the trip or last interaction (for records, queries and legal purposes).
Passport / driver’s licence data: up to 90 days after the trip, then deletion.
Optional medical/safety data: up to 30 days after the trip, then deletion.
Emails/messages: as long as needed to handle your request
You can ask for earlier deletion where we rely on consent or legitimate interests and no legal duty requires us to keep the data.
You can access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent (for marketing/safety info) at any time.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and security.
If we use analytics (Google Analytics, Google SearchConsole), third-party cookies may set identifiers. Where required, we will show a cookie banner so you can accept/decline non-essential cookies.
When you leave comments, we collect the data you enter, your IP and user-agent to help spam detection. An anonymised hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it. Uploaded images may be publicly accessible together with any embedded metadata.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted transmission, need-to-know access, protected storage, and regular reviews. Please avoid sending passport copies via plain email; if needed, we’ll provide a secure upload link.
