Borderless Female Bikers curates ride ideas and community meetups and connects interested riders with an independent travel supplier that handles bookings and on‑the‑ground delivery in Thailand.
Our role is introducer and communicator. The supplier designs each trip, sets inclusions and prices, confirms bookings, and provides guiding through its own licensed staff. Borderless Female Bikers is not a tour operator.
Your contract and any payments for travel services are exclusively with the supplier (the supplier is the Organizer & Merchant of Record).
Borderless Female Bikers is not a party to your booking contract and does not process payments for those travel services.
If Borderless Female Bikers offers any separate hosting/community/coaching services, these are contracted and invoiced separately under our own terms.
Any outlines or sample itineraries on our channels are descriptive; the binding details are in the supplier’s written confirmation.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the trip price is required to reserve your place. The deposit is payable once your booking is accepted.
Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the experience begins (unless the supplier states another term in your confirmation). If you’re booking less than 45 days before the trip, the full amount is required.
Weather: Experiences proceed in all weather unless safety is at risk. The supplier may adjust routes or timing for safety.
Refunds: No worries—plans change, I get it. Here’s how cancellations work:
✔ 60+ days before the trip – You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
✔ 45–59 days before the trip – You’ll get 50% of your deposit back.
✔ Less than 45 days before the trip – The deposit is non-refundable.
Please note that this cancellation policy is slightly stricter – and that’s because these tours require early planning and upfront logistics.
Motorcycles, accommodations, and local partners must be reserved well in advance, especially during Thailand’s high season, when availability is limited.
Guiding and tourism services are provided by the supplier and its licensed Thai guides. Borderless Female Bikers attends as a community host. We do not provide guiding for remuneration and are not responsible for the supplier’s performance.
Insurance: Please ensure your personal travel insurance covers motorcycle riding abroad; note that most policies do not cover rental vehicle damage – check your cover carefully.
Rental motorcycles are not insured for collision/damage by the Thai supplier and cannot be extended with local add-on insurance. If a motorcycle is damaged or lost, the rider responsible must pay the repair or replacement costs as per the supplier’s workshop rates and policies.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements. Any information we share is general and not a guarantee of entry.
Your trip is governed by the supplier’s terms and policies, including deposits, cancellations, refunds, rental conditions, and any damage excess. Review and accept those terms before paying the supplier.
Trips may require a minimum number of participants. If the supplier cancels because minimum numbers are not met, the supplier will offer alternative dates.
If the minimum is not met, we may cancel the trip or offer alternatives (new dates or similar experiences) under the supplier’s policy. In case of cancellation, the full deposit is payed back.
Flights: Do not purchase flights until we confirm the trip is going ahead. Confirmation is issued no earlier than 60 days before the tour start. We are not responsible for flight costs purchased before confirmation.
Routes, accommodation, schedules, or bike models may change for safety, weather, road closures, or operational reasons. The supplier decides such changes. Borderless Female Bikers is not liable for disruptions or costs caused by such changes.
For safety and respect of others, the supplier may refuse or remove a participant for dangerous, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour, without refund beyond what its policy allows.
Photos and videos may be captured during rides and community activities. By participating you grant Borderless Female Bikers a non‑exclusive, worldwide licence to use selected media for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you clearly request otherwise in advance and at the start of the activity. We will take reasonable steps to respect opt‑out requests.
If you encounter an issue, notify the supplier immediately so it can attempt to resolve it on the spot. We will provide contact details and reasonable assistance.
To the extent permitted by law, Borderless Female Bikers is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of the supplier or other third parties. Our liability for our own services is limited to the amount you have paid us directly, if any. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government action, or similar events.
We collect only the minimum necessary personal data to connect you with the supplier (e.g., contact details; passport/driver’s licence details for booking; optional medical info for safety if you choose to provide it).
Because we are EU-based and the supplier is in Thailand, data sharing is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Retention: booking/contact data up to 3 years; passport/driver’s licence up to 90 days after the trip; medical info up to 30 days after the trip, then secure deletion.
Hotels and lodges may require identification and a card or deposit at check‑in. These policies are set by the property and may vary by location.
